Material Introduction
Carbon fiber composite ceramics are a new type of high-tech synthetic ceramics developed by Weifang Hongtu Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. The product has strong plasticity and can be processed into any shape. It has super high strength, high modulus, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, strong life cycle and other excellent properties.
At present, our company is mainly used in metal equipment and rubber plates to provide wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the substrate.
Having advantages that cannot be compared to other traditional technologies:
1. High adhesion: According to laboratory testing at the School of Materials Engineering and Science, Shandong University, the adhesion of NM-1 reaches 594kg square centimeters.
2. High hardness: According to the GB/T3398 testing standard, the Rockwell hardness of NM-1 reaches R-109, and the Rockwell hardness of NM-2 reaches R-105, far exceeding that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
3. Chemical corrosion resistance: Pure solid, NM composed materials are corrosion-resistant without water or any organic solvents. After curing, the shrinkage rate is 0, the protective layer is dense, and there are no pinholes to ensure that it will not fall off under wear and corrosion conditions.
4. Lightweight: The density of the NM series is between 1.5g/-3.0g/cc, which is only a quarter of that of steel, which can reduce equipment load and improve equipment efficiency.
5. Suitable for a wide range of equipment, customizable: easy to shape, can be processed according to customer drawings, and the thickness can be adjusted according to the usage environment. Widely used in equipment such as material, slurry, and pneumatic conveying.
