1. Mining. The filling of the mine and the transportation of concentrate powder and tailings cause serious wear and tear to the pipeline. The ore powder conveying pipelines used in the past, such as Panzhihua and Daye mines, have a service life of less than one year. Switching to this type of pipeline can increase its service life by about five times.
2. Coal. Wet conveying is widely used in coal preparation and long-distance coal slurry pipeline transportation, requiring the conveying pipeline to be both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. This pipe can be used as a long-life conveying pipe and has considerable economic benefits.
The application of ceramic lined composite pipes is increasing in practice and can be seen everywhere in various industries. The maintenance of porcelain lined pipes is receiving increasing attention. According to the different wear media and erosion speed, the construction thickness of ceramic wear-resistant pipes at the air duct, elbow, and cyclone separator is generally 20mm. In areas with severe local wear, such as the feeding cone and chute of the powder concentrator, the construction thickness can be increased to 30mm or 40mm. When the construction thickness of the porcelain lined pipe exceeds 20mm, the isolation steel bars are first welded to the equipment bottom plate.
When the construction thickness of porcelain lined pipes in the pipeline market is 30mm, 6mm steel bars should be selected. When the construction thickness is 40mm, select 8mm~10mm steel bars; Then weld the steel mesh onto the steel bars, and mix and change the procedure the same as when the construction thickness is 20mm. After undergoing bottom treatment such as oil removal and paint removal, the porcelain lined pipe is directly welded to the steel mesh on the equipment bottom plate. Usually, pattern welding is used, with a welding spot spacing of 200mm~300mm. Then modify the mixture of wear-resistant ceramic dry powder, water, and steel fibers that are evenly stirred on site.
Due to the rapid solidification of the coating on ceramic lined pipes at room temperature, the construction of ceramic composite pipes should be completed as soon as possible after each stirring. According to the different on-site temperatures, the construction time limit is generally 30 minutes to 60 minutes. After the remaining mixture begins to solidify, it can no longer be used. The application of directional fibers enhances the resistance of ceramic composite pipes, giving them a certain degree of deformation resistance. Therefore, whether it is construction on equipment installed on site or lifting in the workshop after construction, it will not affect the strength and service life of ceramic composite pipes.
As the temperature of the ceramic lined tube decreases, its impact toughness decreases slowly and there is no ductile brittle transition temperature. Ceramic composite pipes can maintain satisfactory plasticity and wear resistance at low temperatures. For example, when the temperature is 196, the impact absorption energy can reach 392J. Even at liquid helium temperature (2700C), it has the ability to prevent brittle fracture in stress concentration areas.
