Correction method for rubber lining repair

Conduct comprehensive quality inspection for lining repair. If defects are found and exceed the allowable range specified in the quality standards, repairs should be carried out.
There are many methods for repairing rubber lining. Regardless of which method is used, the surrounding area of the rubber layer defect should be removed with a flat shovel, processed into a 30 ° groove, and the double lining should be made into a trapezoidal edge. The bonding surface within 50~100mm around the groove should be cleaned and coated with feathers. If the outer rubber bubble is used, attention should be paid to protecting the bottom cavity from damage when removing the outer rubber bubble. Use sandpaper or grinding wheel to rough the surface of the local adhesive, and then wipe it clean with solvent. According to the lining equipment, pipeline structure, and service conditions, one of the following methods can be selected for maintenance.
(1) Repair with the same brand of rubber lining as the original lining. The operating process is the same as the original rubber lining process. After coating, local or overall vulcanization should be carried out, but the steam pressure should be controlled at around 0.05~0.1mpa lower than the original steam pressure to avoid defects such as vulcanization of the original lining rubber layer.
(2) Repair with low-temperature vulcanized soft lining rubber. On the defect lined soft plastic plate, after burning, press the steel plate tightly, heat it to complete vulcanization, and confirm with experience that there are no residual deformation marks during repair. The vulcanization is the endpoint.
(3) Small area defects such as cracking, pinholes, and loose joints can be repaired by using cyclic rubber fusion irrigation. When repairing, the opening should be enlarged and polished, wiped twice with gasoline, dried for 10-15 minutes each time, and then coated with epoxy adhesive (concentration: 1:10-12). Let it dry for 10-15 minutes. After the coating film dries, heat and melt the cyclized rubber material to fill the defective part, which is slightly 1-2mm higher than the original lining rubber layer. After condensation, iron or polish the hot iron until smooth (the circulating adhesive is 25 and styrene monomer 75; before use, add o.5-1 valent benzoyl peroxide).
(4) Polyisobutylene plastic sheet for lining repair. When using 88 # chloroprene adhesive paste, brush it twice on the cleaned bottom surface, do not apply adhesive on the overlapping edges, and weld polyisobutylene adhesive with a soldering iron. Cyclic rubber paste can also be used for bonding, but the lap joint should be completely brushed clean, and the polyisobutylene adhesive should be melted and flattened with a hot iron.
(5) Pre vulcanized rubber sheets or unvulcanized vulcanized rubber materials, vulcanized rubber slurry such as chloroprene rubber slurry, and vulcanized lining are processed for repair.
(6) Fiberglass repair.
(7) Repair with synthetic resin cement such as epoxy cement, furan cement, phenolic cement, etc.
(8) Defects in rubber lining holes below 25cm2 can be repaired with high flow hard rubber. When repairing, first prepare the holes, apply glue to the hard plastic board, and roll it into a round rod with a diameter greater than 20mm and a length greater than 200mm. Ignite one end of the round rod to melt it, and then scrape the molten liquid into the hole to fill it, 1.5~2mm higher than the lining layer. After cooling and solidifying, grind it flat.
