Because many products have significant wear and tear on pipelines, if non wear-resistant pipelines are not installed, they will not be able to withstand the wear and tear of the products during operation, resulting in damage. Therefore, in these transportation pipelines, the use of porcelain lined pipes is effective in preventing the occurrence of such faults. Currently, porcelain lined pipes are mainly used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemistry, building materials, machinery, and are developing rapidly.

    2. Spot weld box type wear-resistant pipe. Spot welding card wear-resistant pipe is a high-temperature resistant adhesive that adheres alumina ceramic sheets with intermediate holes to the inner wall of the pipeline. At the same time, combined with spot welding technology, the ceramic is firmly welded to the inner wall of the steel pipe through small holes. To protect the solder joint, rotate the ceramic cap again on top.
    3. Overall wear-resistant ceramic tube. The overall wear-resistant ceramic pipe has good ceramic integrity, strength, toughness, impact resistance, welding performance, and oxidation resistance. It has high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. Overcoming the characteristics of low hardness, poor wear resistance, and poor ceramic toughness of steel pipes. This product has a low price and can withstand certain high temperatures, but cannot withstand liquid corrosion.
    4. The spot welding installation and fixation of ceramic sheets and pipes can resist certain high temperatures, but not corrosion. There are currently four main structural forms of porcelain lined pipes, and we can choose them reasonably based on working conditions such as high temperature and corrosion. Due to the material and manufacturing process of wear-resistant ceramic pipes, they have been applied in many special industries. Firstly, the specific hardness of the ceramic layer of wear-resistant ceramic pipelines is 1450-1600HV, which has good wear resistance. Therefore, it can be widely used for tailings transportation and blast furnace coal injection pipelines with severe wear.
    In addition to wear resistance, porcelain lined pipes have strong resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, and can be used for high-temperature corrosive gases and liquids, corrosive substances containing solid particles, and Huangdi hot water delivery pipes. For example, ash discharge and slag removal from power plants, as well as mining transportation from smelters, can all be used.
    In addition to the above characteristics, porcelain lined pipes also have high temperature and impact resistance, suitable for transportation pipelines of petroleum decomposers, ammonia intermediate temperature converters, synthetic rubber generators, molten aluminum, and salt heat bodies.
