matters needing attention:
1. It is recommended that the construction temperature be between 5-32 ℃ and the relative humidity be below 85%;
2. Suggest a thickness of 2mm or more for the wear-resistant coating of small particle silicon carbide;
3. When the temperature is low in winter, the curing time should be extended. If accelerated curing is needed, the workpiece can be placed in an oven and heated at 65 ℃ for 2 hours;
4. For repairing perforated or suspended areas, the mixed small particle silicon carbide can be left for 15 minutes until the surface is initially cured, filling the perforated or suspended areas to prevent material sagging and collapse.
